They are owned by the Austrian Porsche Bank, which belongs to the Porsche Holding (Volkswagen Group). PFG Ukraine provides financial, operating leasing, car loans, insurance and fleet management for Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, CUPRA, Porsche, Skoda and MAN. Possible Tasks within this Role Coordination and maintenance of debt collection procedures (leasing /credit contracts), control of KPIs. Coordination, monitoring and analysis of clients' portfolio payment discipline. Coordination and implementation of measures for settlement of overdue debts. Written|verbal contacts with clients (soft collection). Cooperation with collection agencies (hard collection support). Optimization and automatization of processes. Qualification requirements Higher education. Analytical mindset. Communication and negotiation skills. Working experience in debt collection min 5 years. Knowledge of legal basics. Experienced IT user – CRM systems, MS Excel.
