What are your contributions to the team? Develop and implement recruitment strategies for high-volume hiring in a manufacturing environment. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning and requisition intake to onboarding, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiations, and hiring. Coordinate pre-employment processes for plant positions and develop onboarding schedules in collaboration with training teams. Implement innovative talent attraction strategies and build qualified talent pipelines to support the organization's current and future workforce needs. Participate in the review and continuous improvement of recruitment and talent acquisition processes. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and act as an ambassador for the employer brand. Analyze recruitment performance metrics and provide recommendations to optimize the effectiveness and outcomes of the talent acquisition function. How to thrive in this role? Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field. 1 to 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources. Bilingual in French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience in a manufacturing, unionized, and/or aerospace environment is considered an asset. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Strong customer-service orientation, excellent organizational skills, and a mindset focused on innovation and continuous improvement. Recognized for building strong relationships, influencing stakeholders, and establishing trusted partnerships with hiring managers.
