Create and manage schedule logic, activity sequencing, WBS structures, constraints, and critical path analysis. Resource load schedules to forecast manpower requirements and support workforce planning. Partner with fabrication, design, and project teams to develop realistic schedules and recovery plans. Monitor schedule performance, identify risks or delays, and recommend corrective actions. Perform schedule updates, progress tracking, and forecasting to support project and operational leadership. Generate schedule reports, manpower forecasts, and schedule analyses for stakeholders. Support schedule impact assessments related to scope changes, design revisions, and production disruptions. Qualifications Proficiency with Primavera P6 is required. Experience with resource-loaded schedules and manpower forecasting is required. Strong understanding of CPM scheduling, including logic ties, float, WBS, activities, lags, and critical path analysis. Experience developing, maintaining, and updating project schedules. Ability to analyze schedule performance and identify risks, constraints, and recovery opportunities. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Experience in construction, fabrication, manufacturing, or related industries preferred.
