Job Title:** Project Manager (Mainframe Background) Responsibilities: - Assist the client in managing the data migration project, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.- Develop, execute, and monitor the project plan.- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the feasibility and effectiveness of the migration solution.- Manage project risks and resolve issues promptly.- Provide regular progress updates to the client. Requirements: - Strong background in Mainframe systems, with specific knowledge of z/OS.- Proven experience in managing data migration projects, particularly in Mainframe environments.- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.- Ability to independently create project plans and manage timelines effectively.- Skilled in risk management and problem-solving. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with IBM z/OS systems.- Familiarity with data migration tools and methodologies.- PMP or other project management certification.
