About this role
·Perform repair, modification, and functional testing of mechanical components using the latest revisions of technical manuals (AD, CMM, SB, SIL) ·Manage assigned tasks and schedules to meet customer delivery timelines ·Monitor and verify POL, tools, and equipment calibration status to ensure compliance and readiness for servicing activities ·Participate in quality assurance, safety programs, and continuous improvement initiatives. ·Lead and mentor junior technicians in performing component repair, overhaul, On-Job-Training activities and testing to maintain quality standards ·Operate automated solutions and machinery ·Work closely with automation engineers by providing feedback, learning system operations, and co-developing solutions to streamline processes ·Minimum NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical Aerospace / Mechanical Engineering ·Minimum 2 -5 years of relevant working experience would be of advantage ·Ability to interpret technical manuals and follow regulated procedures ·Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standard ·Good communication skills for collaboration with engineers and team members.
