Job Description To operate, maintain and timely calibration of QC instruments like balance, pH meter, HPHV Autoclave, Vertical Autoclave, colony counter, BOD Incubator, Micro pipette and LAF etc used in microbiology department. Preparation of culture media, Media pH, GPT and MLT Microbial limit test of water, raw material, packing material, finished product, swab samples. Environment monitoring and drain point monitoring and its documentation. Culture maintenance, Biochemical testing. Sterilization and decontamination of accessories, media using autoclave and ensure proper function of the autoclave along with documentation of the activity. Work Experience Education :- B.Pharm/ MSC/ M. Pharm Experience :- 2 to 4 yrs. Education Others Competencies
