Your Key Responsibilities Perform detailing and specification stages of an engineering project including CAD operations, layout work and calculations. Liaise with Engineers to understand functionalities, specifications and design requirements. Produce comprehensive design solutions in 2D design/surface modelling or 3D design/solid modelling. Produce working designs from engineering specifications of mechanical mechanisms, electrical systems, structures, etc. Calculate and define key features to meet required functional specifications. Produce tools or parts list, maintain work documentation and records as appropriate.
