JOB DESCRIPTION: You will support the European Sales Planning and Sales Controlling team in monitoring sales performance and preparing sales forecasts. This role is ideal for a student who enjoys working with numbers, Excel, and data analysis. The position combines finance, planning, reporting, and data analysis with modern AI tools. Required working days per week: 2-3 (not more than 20 hours per week); hourly salary - 180 CZK Duration of agreement: minimum 1,5 year, longer strongly preferred YOUR TASKS: Help the team prepare sales forecasts and business plans for different customer groups across Europe Work with sales and finance colleagues to collect and organize data Support the creation of reports and presentations using Excel and other Microsoft Office tools Help check whether planned sales figures match actual business results Assist with analyzing sales data and identifying trends or differences Learn how to use AI tools to support forecasting and planning activities Support monthly sales reporting and ensure data is accurate and up to date Participate in various projects and process improvement activities Help the team with ad hoc analyses and day-to-day business tasks YOUR PROFILE: Currently studying for a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field A background or strong interest in Finance is an advantage First practical experience through internships, working student positions, or similar roles is a plus Very good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel Basic knowledge of SAP and SharePoint is beneficial Good communication skills in English Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Proactive mindset and willingness to learn Hands-on approach and interest in improving processes WHAT WE OFFER Through a blend of engineering excellence, sustainable development and social responsibility, our employees help to drive progress at more than 100 sites in 30 countries.
