You don’t just want to operate production systems but understand and improve them? That is exactly where your work begins as Process Optimizer: you analyse processes and production data, develop new control approaches, and improve the value creation of our hardwood processing production system. What you will be responsible for You analyse and optimize complex production and material flows within our production processes You develop new approaches for controlling yield, by-products, production sequencing and value creation You analyse production data, patterns, and deviations to derive concrete improvement measures You develop KPIs, evaluations, control models, and decision-making tools You support internal and external projects aimed at further developing our production processes You coordinate key topics between production planning, manufacturing, quality, logistics, and sales What we are looking for Degree in industrial engineering, production engineering, business administration, mathematics, data analytics, or a comparable field Excellent analytical skills as well as the ability to evaluate complex data structures and derive sound decisions for production processes Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working with a strong implementation mindset Experience in production planning, process analysis, or operations within a manufacturing company Fluent English skills, any additional language is considered a plus Knowledge of SAP as well as advanced Excel or similar analysis and reporting tools is an advantage What we offer Permanent full-time position with competitive compensation and attractive benefits in a growing industrial company A workplace in the heart of Poznań/Poland, directly at the main transport hub Structured onboarding (4 weeks) at our corporate headquarters in Creuzburg/Germany Opportunities for promotion and professional development through our personnel development program A family-like, personal atmosphere with flat hierarchies and short communication paths We guarantee: No boring days at Pollmeier!
