What will you do? The QAC Advisor is responsible for supporting high-quality service delivery by managing stakeholder queries, processing policy-related updates, and implementing quality assurance corrections. This role ensures exceptional client experience by maintaining service excellence in all engagements and contributing to continuous process improvement.
