The Project The consortium of John Holland, Bouygues Construction, Arcadis Australia, Jacobs and Ventia has been selected to build South Australia's biggest-ever road infrastructure project. In partnership with the South Australian Government, this consortium forms the Torrens to Darlington (T2D) Alliance. The Torrens to Darlington (T2D) Alliance, will deliver the final 10.5km section of the North-South Corridor, forming a continuous 78 km, non-stop, traffic light-free motorway, and contributing to a long-lasting legacy for the community and people of Adelaide. The T2D Project involves constructing two separate tunnels – the Southern Tunnels and the Northern Tunnels connected by an open motorway, with a combined total distance of 10.5km, open to traffic in 2031. The T2D project comprises the tunnels, surface works including road and bridge construction in addition to services buildings and complex mechanical and electrical infrastructure. The role As a Structures Supervisor, you will play a key role in supervising and coordinating structural construction activities across the T2D Project. Working closely with Superintendents, Engineers, subcontractors and site teams, you will ensure structural works are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with project specifications, quality requirements and programme milestones. This role requires strong site leadership, sound structural construction knowledge and the ability to coordinate multiple crews and subcontractors within a complex major infrastructure environment. Responsibilitites Supervise and coordinate daily structural construction activities across site. Lead and manage multiple crews, subcontractors and site resources to achieve planned outcomes. Coordinate structural works with Engineers, Superintendents and other project disciplines. Ensure works are delivered in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, ITPs and quality requirements. Monitor construction progress against programme, identifying and addressing delays or constraints. Conduct pre-starts, toolbox meetings and daily coordination activities with site teams. Identify construction issues and proactively develop practical solutions to maintain progress. Monitor subcontractor performance, productivity, safety and quality. Ensure structural works are delivered in accordance with WHS requirements and project procedures. Maintain accurate records of daily activities, progress, inspections and construction issues. About you Demonstrated experience as a Structures Supervisor, Structures Foreman or similar within major construction or infrastructure projects. Strong experience supervising structural construction works in a complex site environment. Sound understanding of structural construction methodologies, sequencing and quality requirements. Proven ability to lead crews and effectively manage subcontractors. Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications and inspection requirements. Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality and environmental standards. Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple project teams. A proactive, hands-on leader with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering project outcomes.
