What you'll do: — Collaborate on the technical design and delivery of projects. — Be a part of a multi-disciplined engineering team delivering wind pre-construction and operational energy yield assessments, technical due diligence, power curve verification, and independent engineering for utility scale wind projects. — Assist in the scope and budget development in response to client’s needs and objectives. — Interface with internal/external stakeholders to: — Contribute to the broader team effort of business development including the participation in project proposals, — Adopt an autonomous working style within a multi-disciplined engineering environment, — Undertake site visits and field investigations when required.
What we will love about you: — Hold a relevant engineering degree from a recognised institution — Extensive experience within a (Senior) Wind Engineer or similar role, ideally within a consultancy, undertaking wind resource and energy yield assessment for pre-construction or operational wind farm. — With at least 3 years and up to 10+ years’ experience — Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, — Experience using one or more wind engineering software packages, such as WindPRO, WindFarmer, Openwind, WAsP, CFD modelling, or QGIS — Proficient in data analysis, statistics, and technical reporting — Knowledge and understanding of relevant IEC standards.
