Hours: 8HR Shift Required to take call 3-4 times per month
The Radiologic technologist shall perform radiographic, fluoroscopic procedures at the request of a licensed practitioner by preparing exam for procedures and maintaining equipment & supplies. The Technologist shall provide imaging service utilizing various modalities and in multiple environments including the Operating Suites, the Patient Room, the Emergency Department and in the Cardiovascular Services departments. The Technologist is proficient in the monitoring/charting and using the Hemodynamic system to monitor the case. The Radiology Technologist's performance and behavior shall be both reflective and supportive of the Mission Statement and Core Values of the Unit and hospital. Required: Graduate of an accredited two year school of Radiologic Technology ARRT Certified Certified Radiologic Technologist (State License) Radiologic Technologist Fluoroscopy Permit Effective communication and interpersonal skills required to interact with patients, physicians, visitors, and other staff members. Current American Heart Association BLS Certification required (maintain current at all times). ACLS certification Prior experience in Cardiac Cath Lab and Electrophysiology procedures required. #LI-TM2
