• Lead tele collections for housing portfolio to improve early bucket collections • Manage pre delinquency campaigns through external vendors • Implement startegies and processes apropos the voice of customers received through different campaigns • Lead strategic initiatives like OD / LPC collections through tele collections team
Manage partners and implement autoimated tools for seamless customer experience
