Job Overview: The Senior Talent Acquisition Administrator is part of the Global Recruitment Center (GRC), a shared services team that provides administrative and operational support to the global Talent Acquisition function. The role manages recruitment transactions and records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including requisition management, job posting, candidate profile maintenance, interview coordination, and reporting. The position collaborates with recruiters, hiring teams, and other stakeholders to maintain data accuracy, process consistency, and timely completion of recruitment activities.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Manage job requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring all required information is complete, accurate, and consistent with approved requirements. • Review and update existing requisitions, initiate approval workflows, and monitor progress through completion. • Post approved job opportunities on internal and external career platforms using the applicable format and branding standards. • Draft, proofread, edit, and format job descriptions to support clarity, consistency, and alignment with approved job requirements. • Create and maintain candidate profiles in the ATS, ensuring recruitment records remain accurate, complete, and current. • Link candidates to the appropriate requisitions and update candidate statuses throughout the recruitment process. • Coordinate interviews by confirming availability, scheduling participants, communicating arrangements, and updating relevant records. • Monitor recruitment transactions and follow up with relevant stakeholders to support timely completion of required activities and approvals. • Prepare and distribute recurring and ad hoc recruitment reports, including accomplishment, progress, requisition, and candidate activity reports. • Respond to administrative inquiries from recruiters, hiring teams, and other stakeholders in a timely and professional manner. • Maintain the confidentiality and appropriate handling of candidate, employee, and recruitment information. • Support assigned Talent Acquisition projects by clarifying objectives, establishing timelines, conducting research, organizing information, and completing agreed deliverables. • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, data quality, service delivery, and the user experience within recruitment operations. • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team members and other stakeholders to support consistent recruitment processes across the organization.

Essential Qualifications and Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience, is required. • One to three years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment coordination, human resources administration, shared services, or a related function is preferred. • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System, such as Oracle Recruiting is preferred. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required. • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and process high-volume transactions are required. • Effective written and verbal communication, interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills are required. • Ability to prioritize multiple activities, meet established deadlines, and respond effectively to changing requirements is required. • Ability to work independently with appropriate guidance and collaborate effectively within a team environment is required. • Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality when handling candidate and recruitment information is required. • Ability to work a rotating shift schedule based on business requirements is required
