In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
• Lead the Planning, Manufacturing, Production, Shipping, and Maintenance functions within the plant.
• Ensure on-time delivery commitments and maintain established customer service levels.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives to optimize operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and EHS standards across all areas of responsibility.
• Monitor and manage key operational metrics, implementing actions to achieve business objectives.
• Oversee budget planning and cost control to maximize operational efficiency and profitability.
• Develop, coach, and retain talent while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
• Participate in plant-wide strategic initiatives related to productivity, quality, safety, and organizational culture.
• Partner with Human Resources in labor relations and union-related activities.

For This Role, You Will Need:
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Value Stream Manager, Operations Manager, Plant Manager, or similar leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading production, planning, maintenance, and logistics functions.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Operational Excellence methodologies.
• Experience managing budgets, operational metrics, and performance indicators.
• Advanced English proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related discipline.
• Experience in metalworking manufacturing processes, including casting, forging, machining, and assembly.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems.
• Experience with business intelligence tools and data automation initiatives.
• Experience working in unionized manufacturing environments.
