This position will support our South Florida transportation planning and infrastructure projects by assisting with technical analysis, project coordination, documentation management, and a variety of project delivery activities in support of aviation, seaport, transportation, and public-sector initiatives throughout Miami-Dade County, Florida. What a day at EXP has in store for you

• Support transportation, aviation, seaport, and infrastructure planning projects through coordination, documentation, and technical support activities. • Assist project managers and senior staff with project tracking, scheduling, budgeting, and deliverable management. • Coordinate project communications with clients, consultants, contractors, agencies, and other stakeholders. • Monitor project schedules, milestones, and performance metrics to ensure timely project delivery. • Support grant administration activities, including tracking grant-funded projects, maintaining records, and monitoring compliance requirements. • Assist with grant reporting, documentation, and coordination efforts for federally and state-funded programs. • Review consultant, contractor, and vendor invoices to verify accuracy, contract compliance, work progress, and funding eligibility. • Maintain project files, records, and document control systems in accordance with organizational standards and procedures. • Administer and maintain SharePoint sites, document libraries, workflows, permissions, and records management processes. • Prepare meeting agendas, meeting minutes, presentations, reports, and executive-level correspondence. • Support procurement, contract administration, and project documentation activities. • Assist with the preparation and review of technical reports, planning documents, and project deliverables. • Coordinate information requests between project teams, agencies, consultants, and stakeholders. • Collect, organize, analyze, and maintain project-related data to support planning and decision-making efforts. • Develop and maintain project tracking tools, dashboards, and performance reporting metrics. • Support audit readiness efforts by maintaining complete and organized project documentation. • Assist with transportation and infrastructure funding program administration, including FDOT-funded projects. • Participate in project meetings, stakeholder workshops, and coordination sessions as required. • Provide general project support for aviation, seaport, transportation, and capital improvement program initiatives. • Perform additional technical and administrative project support duties as assigned. What your experience looks like

• Bachelor's degree in Regional Planning, Urban Planning, Transportation Planning, Public Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field. • Approximately 3 years of professional experience supporting transportation, aviation, seaport, infrastructure, or public-sector programs. • Experience with grant administration and grants management, including project tracking, compliance monitoring, documentation management, and reporting activities. • Experience reviewing consultant, contractor, and vendor invoices for accuracy, contract compliance, and funding eligibility. • Experience administering and maintaining Microsoft SharePoint sites, document libraries, workflows, permissions, and records management practices. • Familiarity with federal, state, and local transportation funding programs, including FDOT-funded projects and grant processes. • Knowledge of project management principles, contract administration, procurement support, and document control procedures. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint. • Experience with GIS, data management, dashboard reporting, performance metrics, or business intelligence tools is highly desirable. • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with public agencies, consultants, contractors, airport authorities, seaport agencies, and project stakeholders. • Ability to manage confidential information, maintain accurate records, and support audit readiness activities. • Experience supporting aviation and seaport planning, capital improvement programs (CIP), project tracking, and transportation infrastructure programs is a plus. • Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines. Pay Range: $25.00 - 30.00 / hr.
