As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our company, representing Digitide Solutions Limited and its brand. Your primary role is to establish and maintain strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. You will be the first point of contact, handling inquiries, providing product and service information, and offering exceptional customer support.
• Greet and engage customers with a friendly and professional attitude. • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services. • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner. • Build and maintain a database of customer interactions and feedback. • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and preferences. • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent after-sales support. • Stay updated with the latest company offerings and industry trends. • Maintain a positive and proactive attitude towards customer relationship management. • Work closely with the marketing team to develop customer engagement strategies. • Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required. • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a BFSI environment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software. • Basic knowledge of banking and financial services is preferred. • A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards customer service. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. • Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
