About this role

As a CCE, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire contract lifecycle, from negotiation to execution and renewal. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving commercial success and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate closely with various teams, providing strategic guidance and support to achieve business objectives.

• Manage and oversee the contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts. • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards, maintaining a strong understanding of industry-specific requirements. • Provide commercial expertise and strategic advice to internal stakeholders, supporting business decision-making. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction. • Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize potential contract-related risks. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to align contract terms with business goals. • Monitor and analyze contract performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, ensuring our contract management processes remain competitive. • Document and maintain accurate records of all contract-related activities, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field, with a strong preference for a Master's degree in Contract Management or Commercial Law. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management or a commercial role, preferably in a back-office environment. • Demonstrated expertise in contract drafting, negotiation, and interpretation, with a strong understanding of legal principles. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks and develop effective mitigation strategies. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal teams. • Proficiency in using contract management software and tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively. • Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality in handling sensitive contract information. • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage and maintain comprehensive contract records. • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a track record of delivering results and driving continuous improvement.
