What you'll do At Powerful Medical, we are building a global life-saving technology. Our certified product uses AI to diagnose cardiovascular diseases, the leading cause of death worldwide, by analyzing ECGs. More than 100,000 doctors around the world use our technology, over 2.5 million ECGs have been analyzed, and we're backed by leading European and US VCs.<br><br>We've received FDA approval and secured a $45 million R&D grant, and we're ready to grow our team. We're competing for the best talent in the world, and we intend to win. We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to own how we find, attract and hire people across engineering, product, AI, clinical, regulatory, commercial and operations teams.<br><br>Every great product is built by a great team, and the next chapter of Powerful Medical depends on who we hire. This will be a hands-on role with real ownership. You'll run searches yourself, build the systems that let us scale hiring, and help decide who joins us. Every person you bring in will help us save more lives. If you want your work to have that kind of impact, this is the role.<br><br><strong>Your role</strong><br><ul><li>Own end-to-end recruiting for roles across the company, from intake with the hiring manager to a signed offer</li><li>Partner with founders and the leadership team to define roles, selection criteria and interview plans that help us hire for both skill and values</li><li>Proactively source senior and hard-to-find talent (AI, engineering, clinical, regulatory, commercial) across Europe and the US</li><li>Build and run our hiring engine: ATS, pipeline reporting, hiring metrics and a scalable interview flow</li><li>Make the candidate experience something people talk about, whether or not they get the offer</li><li>Grow our employer brand through LinkedIn, referrals, communities, events and other creative channels, positioning Powerful Medical as a top choice for great talent</li><li>Raise the bar by coaching hiring managers to become skilled interviewers and great ambassadors for Powerful Medical</li><li>Over time, help shape and grow the talent function as the company scales</li></ul><br> What you need <strong>Your profile</strong><br><ul><li>3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-growing startup, scale-up or agency with tech clients</li><li>Strong track record of hiring for technical and/or senior roles, including hard-to-fill positions</li><li>Excellent sourcing skills and comfortable reaching out cold to people who aren't actively looking</li><li>Data-driven and structured: you track your funnel and use it to improve</li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication in English</li><li>Able to push back on hiring managers and act as a trusted advisor, not just an order taker</li><li>High energy, high ownership, eager to roll up your sleeves</li></ul><strong>Monthly salary:</strong> from 3,000 EUR gross (depending on experience) + stock options<br><br>
