Descripción del puesto / Funciones What is the role?<br><br>Change Manager responsible for supporting the Coupa P2P (Procure-to-Pay) rollout, focusing on change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, business readiness, resistance management, Go-Live and Hypercare.<br><br>The role is not primarily technical; it is focused on ensuring that business teams successfully adopt the new Coupa processes and system.<br><br>Main Tasks<br>Develop and maintain the Change Management Strategy and Change Plan.<br>Create and execute the Communication Plan.<br>Develop and coordinate Training Plans and track completion.<br>Manage stakeholders, both global and local.<br>Assess business readiness and manage resistance/issues.<br>Support Go-Live and Hypercare.<br>Track project actions, deliverables and deadlines across 3 countries.<br>Adapt communications/training materials to local requirements.<br>Support the French rollout, including translations and works council requirements.
