About the Role We have an excellent opportunity for a dynamic recruitment professional to join our busy Human Resource team on a full time permanent basis.<br><strong>Essential for the role:</strong><br><ul><li>Level 8 Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field.</li><li>At least one years proven experience in a recruitment or human resources role, preferably within the healthcare sector</li><li>Highly IT literate</li><li>Strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.</li><li>Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS and HR information systems</li><li>Ability to work to deadlines and targets</li><li>Have full eligibility and availability to work with us in Sligo without restriction</li></ul><strong>Key Responsibilities of the Role</strong><br><strong>Talent Sourcing:</strong><ul><li>In conjunction with the Recruitment Manager develop and administrate national and international recruitment strategies to attract appropriately qualified and skilled Social Care employees.</li><li>Utilise various sourcing forums, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.</li></ul><strong>Candidate Screening and Selection:</strong><ul><li>Review applications, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist candidates.</li><li>Assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and alignment with Orchard Care Group values.</li><li>Coordinate and conduct interviews and maintaining a database on employees for future vacancies.</li></ul><strong>Compliance and Onboarding:</strong><ul><li>Ensure all hires meet the required HIQA, Tusla and other bodies compliance requirements and Orchard Care Group Care internal quality standards, including Garda vetting, mandatory training requirements and reference checks.</li><li>Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for new employees.</li><li>Administrate all offers, contracts of employment and other related documentation</li></ul><strong>Market Presence:</strong><ul><li>Promote Orchard Care Group as an employer of choice through innovative recruitment campaigns.</li><li>Support it the creation of engaging content for social media and other platforms to highlight career opportunities.</li></ul><strong>Reporting:</strong><ul><li>Maintain accurate recruitment and compliance records using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).</li><li>Support in the provision of regular reports on recruitment metrics and pipelines.</li></ul><strong>Collaboration and Process Improvement:</strong><ul><li>Work closely with the operations management team to forecast staffing needs.</li><li>Identify and implement improvements to recruitment processes and candidate experience.</li></ul><div style="text-align:center;">Monday to Thursday (9.00-5.30) and Friday (9.00 – 4.30)</div><div style="text-align:center;">Hybrid working model after 3 month period, subject to review. 3 days in our Sligo office.</div>IND Benefits to working with Company <ul><li>Hybrid working model</li><li>Comprehensive induction process</li><li>On-going mentoring and support</li><li>Continuous Professional Development support</li><li>Career progression opportunities</li><li>Refer a friend initiative</li><li>Employee Assistance Programme for staff and their families</li></ul>
