Goalhanger editors need a keen instinct for story, pacing, structure and tone, using those skills to turn commercial briefs into content that audiences genuinely want to engage with. You’ll work across every podcast on our slate, producing everything from custom segments and baked-in activations to social-first content and more. You’ll be confident interpreting creative briefs, collaborating with multiple stakeholders and balancing commercial objectives with what works for each show and its audience. Above all, you’ll understand how to edit for retention, knowing how to hook an audience, hold their attention and keep the content feeling native to the podcast.
