Du übernimmst Verantwortung für verschiedene operative Themen, koordinierst Anliegen unserer Partner und stellst unter anderem eine saubere Rechnungs und Zahlungsabwicklung sicher. Gleichzeitig bringst Du Dich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung, Standardisierung und Automatisierung unserer Prozesse ein. Dabei arbeitest Du eng mit Partner Management, Customer Success, Treasury, Accounting und Product zusammen.</span></p><br><strong>Im Einzelnen:</strong><br><ul><li>Du bist ein zentraler Teil unseres operativen Tagesgeschäfts und stellst sicher, dass unsere Abläufe zuverlässig und reibungslos funktionieren</li><li>Du bist operative Ansprechperson für unsere Partner und koordinierst partnerbezogene Anliegen</li><li>Du prüfst und erstellst Rechnungen und bereitest Zahlungen an unsere Partner vor</li><li>Du behältst Zahlungsstände und Zahlungsverzüge im Blick und stellst ein verlässliches Reporting sicher</li><li>Du unterstützt bei der Klärung operativer Sonderfälle und sorgst dafür, dass offene Themen konsequent gelöst werden</li><li>Du hinterfragst bestehende Prozesse und bringst eigene Ideen zur Verbesserung und Vereinfachung ein</li><li>Du arbeitest gemeinsam mit Product und anderen Teams an der Weiterentwicklung und Automatisierung unserer operativen Prozesse</li><li>Du unterstützt beim Aufbau von Strukturen, Reportings und Standards, die mit unserem Wachstum skalieren</li><li>Du übernimmst bei Interesse die fachliche Anleitung von Praktikanten und
