Your Mission
We are looking for a self-driven and experienced Financial Controller to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Finance. As our Financial Controller, you will be responsible for managing the financials of our Israeli-based subsidiary and play an important role within the global corporate finance team.
Responsibilities
Oversee accounting operationsSupport the month-end and year-end close processProduce monthly analytical reportsManage quality control over financial transactions and reportingManage budgeting and forecastingProduce financial statements as requestedCoordinate the preparation of regulatory reportingManage and comply with government reporting requirements and tax filingsDevelop and adhere to policies and proceduresManage bookkeeping staff, including suppliers' payments and salaries
Qualifications
3 years of experience as a Financial Controller or similar role, preferably in a technology company of 100+ staff5 years of combined experience in accounting and financeCPAPractice in one of the big 4 – a mustOutstanding knowledge of accounting principles and proceduresExperience with creating financial statements and general ledgersGood understanding of accounting softwareFluent in English, both written and verbalSense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s successProblem-solving skillsTeam playerGood time-management skillsGreat interpersonal and communication skills.
