Support daily team operations by monitoring productivity and quality, conducting regular audits, and ensuring compliance with client processes and company standards.Provide coaching and guidance to team members, assist with escalations, monitor performance.Support the Team Lead in achieving operational goals.Requirements
At least 1 year of BPO experience At least 1 year experience as Team Lead/SME/Senior AgentExperience providing coaching, feedback, and performance support to team membersStrong attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office and Google WorkspaceExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsAmenable to work ONSITE in Buendia, MakatiWilling to work on night shiftsBenefits
