Infosys Brazil is looking for professionals with the profile of SysOps Analyst to join our team
Main activities and responsibilities: Administer, maintain, and support RADAR, Goldfire, and TAMAR applications. Manage user access, roles, permissions, and security controls. Monitor system health, troubleshoot incidents, and perform RCA. Support upgrades, patches, releases, and environment maintenance. Coordinate with infrastructure, database, network, and vendor teams. Maintain operational documentation and knowledge articles. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of application support and system administration experience. Strong knowledge of application servers, databases, and system integrations. Experience with user access management, incident resolution, monitoring, and release management. ITIL knowledge preferred. Experience with enterprise applications and global support environments. Additional information: Type of work: CLT, Flexible hours.
