Job Summary
.Coordinate daily logistic activities and execute according to SOPCheck to ensure all Finished Goods are arranged correctly for shipmentEnsure proper system transaction and correct invoice to customersUpdate shipping details such as packing, shipping, and routing of product.Planning on shipment scheduleTo coordinate with Program Team & Warehouse Team for shipment arrangementTo work with forwarders for shipment pick up scheduleEnsure on time delivery according to shipment planSupport Logistics Operational Processes and Continuous Improvement ProjectStreamline shipping process and ensure continuous improvement to standard logistics process.Ensure that movement of goods are compliance to legal and statutory requirement (Customs & Compliance).Responsible for Safety and 5S in warehouse by ensure subordinates adhere/comply to 5S principles, Security and Safety Compliances at workplaceJob Category
