The Role:

What will you do?

The Technical Support Specialist Intern will support the Digital Energy (DE) team in delivering pre-sales and post-sales technical support for customers and internal stakeholders. The intern will gain exposure to energy management, power monitoring, EPMS, BMS integration, and digital solutions while assisting with technical inquiries, proposal preparation, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide Technical Support - Assist in responding to customer and internal technical inquiries, and support pre-sales and post-sales technical activities. 2. Prepare Technical & Commercial Documentation - Support the preparation of technical documents, reports, presentations, user guides, compliance statements, datasheets, and pricing information. 3. Coordinate Cross-Functional Activities - Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Project, Service, Product, and Operations teams to resolve technical issues and gather inputs for customer offers and proposals. 4. Support Knowledge Management & Continuous Improvement - Maintain records of technical support activities, contribute to knowledge bases and best practices, participate in customer engagements and training sessions, and support process improvement initiatives.

1. Basic knowledge of electrical or automation systems. 2. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 3. Good communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). 5. Ability to learn new technologies quickly. 6. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
