This role is responsible for leading capital engineering projects supporting North American Operating Unit (NAOU) manufacturing and supply chain facilities. The position focuses on industrial automation, controls modernization, OT cybersecurity, manufacturing technology, digital transformation, equipment reliability, and operational improvements. The engineer will partner with plant teams, system integrators, IT organizations, equipment suppliers, and subject matter experts to successfully deliver projects from concept through startup while ensuring alignment with corporate engineering standards, cybersecurity requirements, and operational objectives. The role contributes to manufacturing modernization initiatives through the deployment of automation and control system solutions
