Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a MES Engineer located in Oostrum, North Limburg, Netherlands.
Reporting to the Senior IT Manager, the MES Engineer will be responsible for the analysis, design, implementation, and support of MES solutions within complex logistics and light-assembly environments. You'll work closely with Operations, Engineering, PSE, IT colleagues and customers to continuously improve processes and system stability.
What a typical day looks like:Translate operational and customer requirements into clear MES process and application designsBuild and configure modular MES processes for logistics and light assembly flowsImplement changes in MES and integration platforms (including FlexFlow, Brix, FCS and LinkX)Execute technical testing for changes and new releasesMonitor systems, analyze incidents, and resolve problems structurallyPerform process optimizations together with Engineering and OperationsEnsure proper functional and technical documentationAct as a trusted technical partner for internal stakeholders and customersThe experience we're looking to add to our team:Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Automation, or similarSolid understanding of logistics and/or light assembly processesExperience in a technical design & delivery environmentStrong SQL skills or the motivation to grow quicklyAnalytical and solution-oriented mindsetProactive, service-oriented, and communicativeWhat you'll receive for the great work you provide:Stable, dynamically developing multinational corporate backgroundUnique, forward-looking manufacturing technologies, professional work environmentExposure to wide range of businessesOpportunity for continuous professional development provided by various and challenging tasksAS108
