Job Summary
We are looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) to ensure that supplied materials and components meet the required quality standards. The SQE will be responsible for managing supplier quality performance, conducting audits, driving corrective actions, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure supplier compliance with company quality standards and requirementsPlan and conduct supplier audits (on-site and remote)Monitor supplier performance using KPIs (PPM, OTD, SCAR closure rate, etc.)Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (8D methodology)Support new product introduction (NPI) and supplier qualification processesCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Procurement, Production) and CFTDrive continuous improvement initiatives at supplier sitesManage supplier non-conformities and ensure timely resolutionTo perform supplier qualification process and scoringTraceability exercise performingIQC plan set up and creation WI for IQCEnglish is requiredWhat you'll receive for the great work you provide:Interesting and challenging job in an experienced and close-knit teamSubstantive support in the process of adaptationParticipation in projects of international scopeSocial packageOB32
