Job Description:

We are seeking a Business Strategy Associate to support the Business Strategy/Business Support Office within GPS Global Corporate Sales organization. This individual will play a key role in driving strategic initiatives, supporting governance and risk remediation

Partner with Business Strategy Executive to deliver on the global sales strategy, including growth initiatives, client coverage, and operational efficiencyTrack progress against strategic goals and key performance indicators, preparing materials for senior leadership and governance forumsSupport global and regional projects, ensuring alignment across business unitsDevelop, maintain, and enhance management reporting, dashboards and scorecards for sales leadershipProvide analysis and insights on pipeline, client trend overall business performance to help in decision makingCoordinate preparation of executive updates, town halls, quarterly business reviews, senior leadership callsAssist in the execution of risk and compliance related initiatives (i.e. SIAI, Audit Reviews, Sales forms validation)Monitor adherence to policies and escalate issues where appropriateStreamline processes to improve efficienciesPartners with Treasury Sales Executives and key partners to align on business priorities Required Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in a sales support roleAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skillStrong analytical and problem solving skillsAbility to synthesize data into insightsExcellent communication and presentation skillsOrganizational skills with ability to manage multiple project and deadlines Desired Qualifications:

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$85,500.00 - $114,100.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
