The Opportunity:
On our Talent Acquisition team, you will focus on a range of different roles, covering a number of European countries with a primary focus on the German market. Reporting to your Team Leader as a Recruiter, you'll become well-versed in what makes a candidate a cultural add to Fisher, and you'll help us achieve our goals by attracting top-tier talent to our organization. Your efforts will be essential to our growth!
The Day-to-Day:
Oversee the candidate experience, from their first interaction with Fisher to the offer stagePartner with hiring managers to understand unique hiring needs and goalsConduct competency-based phone interviewsAct as an advocate for candidates to internal management teamsMaintain strong operations with candidate evaluation notes and internal Talent Acquisition processesWork with a team of recruiters to manage, prioritize and fill roles within quarterly timelines and meet hiring goalsFind creative ways of sourcing, attracting, and/or assessing talent Your Qualifications:
German and English fluency is essential1+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within the finance industryStrong background sourcing and evaluating candidates across the German marketDesire to work in a position where you can use your operational and communication skillsMaintain a high-level of professionalism while driving activity volumeFeel comfortable working to priority and with time sensitive situations Why Fisher Investments Europe:
