How You'll Make an Impact Lead the intake, review and refinement of commission system requirements from business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational objectivesTranslate business needs into comprehensive functional and technical requirements, identifying gaps and supporting solution design and deliveryOversee end-to-end delivery of requirements to development teams, proactively managing milestones, dependencies and risksDevelop and execute test strategies, coordinate validation processes and ensure solutions meet business specifications and quality standardsEvaluate system change requests, assess business and technical impacts and identify dependencies across applications and processesManage complex application requirements while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features and user experiencesCompile, analyze and present complex data sets to inform strategic decisions and process improvementsDesign and maintain scalable, reliable data pre-processing automation to support commission processing using AWS Redshift and similar technologiesServe as a senior liaison among HR, IT, HRIS, Payroll and business stakeholders to maximize system capabilities and support evolving needsIdentify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements, recommending improvements in operational efficiency, accuracy and scalabilitySupport broader business and technology initiatives by contributing subject matter expertise and mentoring team members Working Conditions Fast-paced office environment

Required Qualifications
Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience Experience 5+ years of business or systems analyst experience Skills Initiative and adaptability in a dynamic environmentAbility to manage multiple projects under tight timelinesEffective communication with technical and non-technical individualsCapability to synthesize business issues into technical solutions and document system requirementsStrong business analysis and system/process design skillsProven technical abilities in relational database or compensation system configurationsIn-depth understanding of data movement, master systems and downstream systems Preferred Qualifications
