Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data architecture rolesDeep, hands-on expertise with Power BI (semantic models, DAX, Power Query, service architecture)Proven experience delivering executive-level dashboards and reportingStrong data modeling skills (star schema Power BI semantic models)Experience working with multiple enterprise data sourcesAbility to communicate complex data concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting C-suite, board, or VP-level reportingBackground in enterprise analytics environments with shared semantic modelsFamiliarity with Azure data services (e.g., Snowflake, Fabric, Data Factory) or similar cloud platformsExperience defining BI standards, governance models, and reporting frameworks

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $114,100.00 and $190,200.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
