Eaton's Corporate Sector is seeking a Principal Transactional Excellence Leader - Eaton Transaction System (ETS). This is a founding, enterprise-level role at the center of the Eaton Transaction System (ETS), an initiative that extends the rigor of the Eaton Business System into Eaton's SG&A and transactional functions through process excellence, process intelligence, and AI-enabled transformation. Across Eaton's transactional ecosystem, inefficiencies often exist in close cycles, contract reviews, approval workflows, reporting handoffs, and countless information and decision flows that support the business. We are looking for a master practitioner who applies the same discipline and precision to improving these processes that world-class operations apply to manufacturing environments.
