As a Technical Implementation Analyst in Client Onboarding and Services, you coordinate all aspects of product implementation set-ups while working closely with business partners and clients. You partner with internal teams and client technology teams to complete product setup, file validation, testing, and production migration. You manage a high volume of simultaneous requests while demonstrating sound judgment, clear communication, and a commitment to Diversity, Inclusion & Opportunity.

Exhibit ownership and drive client satisfactionManage expectations by establishing timelines and maintaining documentationCommunicate status updates to clients and stakeholdersDemonstrate creative problem solving and apply solid judgment in decision makingFollow policies and procedures and meet or exceed service level agreementsEscalate and resolve issues in a timely mannerRecord observations and escalate risks or issues as neededIdentify gaps and exceptions and recommend possible solutionsManage multiple requests and collaborate with multiple teams to deliver outcomesWork independently with minimal supervisionSupport client and internal teams to set up products and perform testing based on requirements Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities:
Strong verbal and written communication skillsStrong logical and analytical skills with attention to detailDemonstrated ability to manage multiple work requests with effective time and work managementWorking knowledge of mainframe environments, file validation, and testingExperience in mainframe testing, file transmissions, and file testing including ISO 20022, X12, and BAI2 file formatsUnderstanding of ISO 20022 messaging or electronic data interchange message formats, including XMLUnderstanding of system testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testingBachelor's degree in engineering4+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or treasury product implementation with a technical background Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities:
Knowledge of UiPath or similar robotic process automation tools for workflow automationUnderstanding of United States and Canada treasury products
