Fulfillment Junior Associates are responsible for fulfillment marketing, office supply requests, maintaining client files, shipping and receiving functions and hospitality functions.
The Opportunity:
As a Part-Time Fulfillment Junior Associate, you will oversee a range of responsibilities differing daily. Reporting to a Fulfillment Team Leader, you will handle office supply requests, shipping and receiving, maintaining client file, different hospitality functions, and more.
The Day-to-Day:
Data entry of prospect and client informationMonitor office supply inventorySort and distribute incoming mail and packagesProcess UPS, DHL and FedEx shipmentsHelp with office moves, mounting equipment and cleaningPrepare marketing kits for prospective clientsResponsible for properly handling sensitive and/or confidential documentsResponsible for stocking communal kitchens with snacksCompletes other administrative duties as necessaryWorks onsite, under direct supervision, in a team-based and open office environment Your Qualifications:
Enrolled college student pursuing a Bachelor's or Associates degreeCommute to the Camas, WA officeCumulative GPA of 3.0+Able to work 15 hours a week at a minimum (28 hour maximum)High School Diploma Required Compensation:
