What you'll do:
As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality financial reporting and ensure strong compliance across accounting processes.
Contribute to the effective execution of daily accounting operationsSupport timely and accurate completion of month-end close activitiesEnsure full compliance with statutory, SOX, and internal control requirementsPrepare and maintain accurate, well-supported balance sheet reconciliationsSupport preparation of financial reports in line with US GAAP, corporate guidelines, and local regulationsPerform analytical reviews of high-risk GL accounts and key transactionsSupport statutory reporting and internal/external auditsEnsure proper documentation and approval for manual journal entriesSupport CAPEX planning and analysis across assigned ledgersProvide accounting guidance to stakeholders and ensure proper documentationContribute to ad hoc projects within the Controllership organization Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in Accounting is a mustPrevious experience in a multinational company would be a plus Skills:
Strong knowledge of accounting policies and proceduresGood understanding of tax regulations and statutory requirementsFluent in Turkish and good knowledge of English language is a must What we offer:
