The Account Management team plays a critical role in delivering exceptional service to clients across Registered Agent, Business Compliance, Formation Services, and related corporate services offerings. As an Account Specialist, you'll serve as a flexible resource that helps ensure continuity of service, supports client retention efforts, and provides coverage during account transitions and team absences.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to deepen your knowledge of Registered Agent services, Corporate Compliance, and Client Relationship Management while partnering closely with Account Managers and operational teams across the business.
A role you will love
As an Account Specialist, you'll support the Account Management team in delivering exceptional client service and operational excellence. Acting as a "rover" resource, you'll provide temporary account coverage when Account Managers are unavailable, assist with client requests, coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, and help ensure a seamless client experience.
While this role does not maintain a dedicated book of business, you'll perform many of the same client-facing and operational responsibilities as an Account Manager, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to expand their client management experience.
Other key responsibilities include:
Providing coverage for Account Managers during vacations, leave periods, and staffing transitionsManaging routine client inquiries, requests, and service-related issuesSupporting client communications and maintaining a high level of service continuityPartnering with Operations, Service of Process, Document Services, Compliance, and other internal teams to support client needsMaintaining accurate client records, account notes, and follow-up activities within required systemsAssisting with account transitions and client service initiativesSupporting retention efforts and helping ensure client expectations are consistently metIdentifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and client experienceDeveloping expertise across Registered Agent services, Business Compliance, and Formation Services offerings What will you bring to the role?
Required:
Experience in account management, customer service, client success, compliance services, corporate services, legal support services, or a related business environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to build positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholdersStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent attention to detail and follow-throughAbility to independently research issues and identify appropriate solutionsStrong customer service mindset and commitment to service excellenceProficiency with Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to effectively communicate status updates, resolve issues, and manage competing priorities professionally Preferred:
Experience within the Corporate Business Services industryKnowledge of Registered Agent servicesExperience supporting Business Compliance, Formation Services, corporate governance, or legal entity management activitiesExperience within customer success, account management, or client relationship rolesSaaS customer success experienceExperience contributing to process improvements and operational excellence initiatives Rewards designed for you
