Team Overview: Our BIM (Building Information Modelling) team plays a vital role in delivering accurate, coordinated, and data-rich 3D models for use throughout the design, construction, and installation phases of our projects. Working closely with design engineers, project managers, and site teams, the department ensures that all mechanical and electrical services are fully integrated and clashfree prior to construction. This proactive approach helps reduce risk, improve efficiency, and enhance collaboration across all stakeholders — ultimately supporting the successful delivery of high-quality, bespoke MEP solutions. Role Overview: We are looking to appoint a BIM Technician to support the wider BIM and Design teams in developing accurate, coordinated, and information-rich 3D models that facilitate design, offsite manufacture, and onsite installation. This entry-to-intermediate role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital design, prefabrication, and BIM delivery within one of the UK and Ireland’s leading offsite construction specialists. Louth Hours | Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-3pm Salary | Competitive Depending on Experience Responsible to | BIM Lead The role involves supporting the development and maintenance of 3D Revit MEP models for mechanical and electrical building services, working alongside BIM Coordinators, Engineers, and Project Managers to ensure models are coordinated, accurate, and clash-free. Responsibilities include preparing federated models using Revizto, updating models based on design changes and revisions, producing 2D drawings, fabrication and installation packs, and maintaining accurate information and version control within the CDE. The role also supports fabrication and site teams by providing up-to-date construction information and participating in coordination meetings and model reviews. In addition, the position requires ongoing development of BIM and software skills, including Revit and Revizto, applying ISO 19650-compliant processes, and contributing to improvements in modelling standards and departmental efficiency.
