Are you a Lawyer or Legal Executive looking for the next step in your career? Our Employment Rights Equal Pay team is expanding, and we’re looking for a new colleague to join us in either our Manchester or Liverpool office. The role will involve assisting on existing cases and managing a caseload of predominantly equal pay claims. While the balance will initially be weighted towards assisting on existing files, there will be clear opportunities to take ownership of your own caseload as you develop in the role. This position offers the chance to join a market leading team, gain hands-on experience across the full spectrum of case management, requiring sound theoretical knowledge, strong judgement, and the ability to support and progress cases from inception through to resolution. You’ll work closely with highly experienced legal professionals, headed up by one of our equity partners with over 20 years of specialist employment and equal pay experience, developing your expertise and deepening your understanding of employment law. As a valued team member, you’ll play an integral role in achieving team goals and delivering excellent outcomes for clients.
