We're looking for ambitious Warehouse Team Managers to join our brand-new, state-of-the-art Bradford site (BD12) and play a key role in its success from day one. Working either Monday to Friday, 5:30am to 2:00pm , or Tuesday to Saturday, 2:00pm to 10:00pm , you'll be responsible for leading high-performing teams, creating a positive working environment, and helping deliver the outstanding service our customers expect. In return, you'll receive a salary of £33,000 , alongside a structured development programme designed to help you grow. You'll have overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of your area, ensuring operational priorities are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the high standards our customers expect. You'll also identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance productivity, and contribute to the continued success of the site. Leading, coaching and developing Team Leaders and Warehouse Operatives to achieve operational and performance targets. Taking ownership of the day-to-day operation within your area, ensuring key processes and procedures are followed. Creating a positive and engaging working environment that promotes teamwork, accountability and high performance. Ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety policies, reporting incidents and near misses through the appropriate channels. Analysing operational data, identifying root causes of issues and implementing effective solutions, escalating where required. Ensuring your team have the equipment, training and support needed to work safely and efficiently. Managing performance, attendance, wellbeing and employee engagement across your team. Supporting site-wide projects and driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service, productivity and customer satisfaction.
