The site manufactures and supplies products that help farmers protect crops and produce more from the land. With a skilled workforce across manufacturing, engineering, laboratory, supply chain and support functions, the site offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in a highly technical environment The Opportunity We are now recruiting for a Reliability Engineer As a Reliability Engineer at our Wyke site, you will play a critical role in improving asset reliability and plant performance. Working across engineering, maintenance, and operations, you’ll identify failures before they occur, lead root cause analysis, and deliver practical, high-impact reliability improvements across site. This is a highly hands-on role combining field-based condition monitoring with data analysis, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful and lasting impact on an ageing plant environment. Develop and deliver reliability improvement initiatives and small CAPEX projects. Own and enhance the site condition monitoring programme (vibration, oil analysis, thermography & ultrasound) Analyse condition monitoring data and convert insights into actionable maintenance plans. Drive continuous improvement through troubleshooting guides, SOPs, and defect elimination strategies. Work closely with maintenance, planners, and operations teams to ensure corrective actions are executed effectively. Optimise maintenance strategies / plans aligned to equipment condition. Identify risks, including abnormal operating conditions and compliance considerations such as ATEX.
