About this role
As the Learning & Development Manager at Impulse, you will establish the systems, programs, and processes that support employee development, training, and compliance across the company. This role will own the company’s LMS, build training programs, partner with technical and business leaders, manage external training providers, and establish the reporting and processes needed to scale L&D in a fast-paced aerospace environment. Primarily office-based at our Redondo Beach facility. Occasional travel may be required. Own and optimize the company’s LMS, including course assignment, enrollment, completion tracking, and reporting Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Mission Management, EHS, Security, Quality, Legal, and People teams to identify training needs and develop company-wide and role-specific programs Develop and maintain onboarding, compliance, safety, technical, and professional-development training Manage third-party training vendors, including selection, scheduling, delivery, and budget Establish training policies, compliance tracking, reporting, and metrics while continuously improving programs as the company scales
