ROLE PURPOSE Role Type: Planner The Integration Planner manages the discovery, mapping, and sequencing of how acquired capabilities integrate into GLORY’s portfolio in support of V2035. You work with business unit and functional leaders to identify integration opportunities, dependencies, and risks, then translate these findings into clear insights and narrative framing for the team. Your intelligence directly shapes how leadership understands the portfolio and the strategic logic behind integration moves. This role is foundational to the Strategy Team and will evolve as the portfolio matures, but is anchored in operational excellence and stakeholder coordination. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Communication • Compile integration findings into clear summaries and draft briefings for review • Help develop messaging frameworks that explain integration rationale to different audiences, such as leadership, external stakeholders, employees, and business units • Help translate portfolio information into coherent narratives that connect to V2035 • Support internal communications rollouts for integration milestones, including announcements, alignment sessions, and townhall materials • Provide support materials for executive communications on integration and organisational change topics Portfolio Discovery and Mapping • Support capability assessments across acquired businesses and existing infrastructure • Maintain documentation of capability inventories and integration dependencies • Assist in preparing for and facilitating discovery workshops with business unit and functional teams Integration Planning and Roadmapping • Help develop and maintain integration roadmaps, tracking sequencing, timelines, and dependencies • Flag blockers and risks to senior team members as they arise Workstream Monitoring and Coordination • Track tasks, milestones, and progress across integration workstreams • Maintain team schedules and timelines; support meeting coordination and follow-through • Help keep workstreams on track by following up on actions and updating stakeholders • Support alignment across business units on integration priorities
