We are looking for a Data Analyst to join the Media Analytics team in Vietnam. Working under the guidance of the Senior Data Analyst, you will support day-to-day data analysis, reporting and insight delivery across multi-channel marketing activity. The role combines practical analytical delivery with a strong focus on AI and automation. You will help improve how data is collected, transformed, modelled, visualised and communicated, using automation and approved AI-enabled tools to make recurring workflows more efficient, consistent and scalable. You will work with data from platforms including GA4, BigQuery and Google Marketing Platform, alongside campaign, media and other business data sources. You will turn data into clear findings, forecasts and recommendations that help internal teams and clients understand performance and identify opportunities. Prepare, combine, clean and validate data from digital marketing, media, web analytics, CRM and other relevant sources. Use Python, SQL, BigQuery, Excel and appropriate analytical tools to interrogate datasets, identify trends, investigate variances and draw out meaningful insights. Support the creation and maintenance of reliable data models, reporting datasets, metric definitions and documentation under the direction of the Senior Data Analyst. Build, maintain and improve recurring reports, dashboards and visualisations for campaign and business performance, using tools such as Tableau, Looker Studio and Power BI. Provide accurate data and analysis for monthly reporting, quarterly reviews, campaign read-outs and ad hoc business questions. Contribute to forecasting, trend analysis, scenario analysis, statistical analysis and data modelling to support planning and performance decisions. Carry out quality checks on data, calculations, dashboards and reporting outputs, escalating material issues or gaps to the Senior Data Analyst. Support the definition and monitoring of campaign metrics and KPIs, ensuring that reporting is relevant, consistent and aligned to objectives. Help integrate client and campaign data where required, following agreed data, security, privacy and governance requirements. Identify repetitive, manual or error-prone analytical tasks and help automate them using appropriate workflows, scripts, APIs, platform functionality and AI-enabled tools. Use approved AI tools to support activities such as data exploration, query development, documentation, summarisation and workflow improvement, applying human review and maintaining data confidentiality. Test, document and monitor automated processes so that outputs remain accurate, explainable and fit for purpose. Keep up to date with developments in AI, analytics, automation, digital measurement and marketing technology, sharing relevant opportunities with the team. Work collaboratively with the Senior Data Analyst and global delivery teams to meet deadlines and present findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
