About this role
The Cross-Sell Business Development Manager is responsible for accelerating cross-sell revenue within the French Forterro customer base by identifying, qualifying, developing, and closing opportunities for Prodaso's digital manufacturing and AI-driven production solutions. Acting as the bridge between Forterro ERP business units and the X-sell products, the role will proactively engage existing manufacturing customers, create demand, support local ERP sales teams, and drive opportunities through to closure. The position combines elements of business development, account management, solution consulting, and partner enablement. Cross-Sell Revenue Generation Own and deliver cross-sell bookings targets for the French market. Identify opportunities within the installed base of Forterro ERP customers. Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities. Drive opportunities from lead qualification through contract signature. Develop account plans for strategic manufacturing customers. Collaboration with ERP Sales Teams Act as the primary X-sell representative for French ERP business units. Support joint customer meetings, discovery workshops, and demonstrations. Ensure opportunities are captured and tracked through agreed cross-sell processes. Customer Engagement Engage C-level, Operations, Production, Digital Transformation, and Manufacturing leaders. Conduct discovery sessions to understand customers' operational challenges. Opportunity Development & Sales Execution Conduct qualification and business case development. Coordinate demonstrations and technical resources. Build proposals and commercial offers. Lead negotiations alongside local ERP teams where appropriate. Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting. Market Development Develop market intelligence for the French manufacturing sector. Identify vertical opportunities and reference customers. Support marketing activities, webinars, customer events, and campaigns.
