Use visual thinking and hands-on design skills to solve strategic business challenges Provide a unique perspective, creative ideas, and visual support across projects Contribute ideas, references, and insights during creative strategy and concept development Help bring creative ideas to life through moodboards, references, decks, and design thinking Flex and showcase a variety of creative skills across different projects and formats Design and deliver client-ready assets across social, out of home, brand marketing, advertising, web, events, print, pitches, and presentations Craft and elevate visually engaging decks that turn ideas into impactful visual stories Manage multiple projects at once while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines Own design projects from concept through final execution Support and provide guidance to junior and mid-level designers as needed Collaborate effectively and build strong relationships with team members across the studio, agency, and client teams Thrive in a diverse environment and contribute to the overall culture of Day One
